i have the same camera and jus got a LETUS mini adapter. How do u change focus from 1 object to another like that? are you slightly rolling the manual focus?

Yes, exactly like that... its very difficult but in time you can use to it.

I holded the camera upside down, and i had a small mirror in front of the lcd.
how were you able to flip ur image upright on your focus screen? or else, i'd be filming upside down
