  • @Martian77ep Hehehe... well, the holy green virgin and I are old friends... ;0)

  • like your eyes !!

  • @vaumpy Thank you! :)

  • Atcha... I remember some nada jog teachings relate to the 7 sounds as hu ho ram ha he hi Hrm.....these work out well with the 7 Colours of the Arc d`Iris. Bless Mr.

  • I thought this was a great video. I thouroughly enjoyed it. It relates to a certain humming and a whirling that I have been experiencing inside and outside my body.

Thank you for a little bit of tuning ('3') Tschuss.

  • Thank you, M! There are quite a few sounds that can acompany chakra awakening. They all have their frequencies and rythms, according to the chakras they correspond to. I thought I had a tinnitus some years ago, but then it turned out to be singing chakras.. :D

  • I am a firm believer in vibrational therapy while tuning Chakras. I have a friend who is a Reiki master that also works with tuning forks for therapy and gongs. She has this gong that is the size of her huge front window. Before the summer solstice celebration I had the opportunity to feel the vibes from this gong and it was amazing!

  • Sounds very cool! (pun intended) ;)

  • Yep it was! I should ask her to do a video on the tuning forks but she doesn't make vids...yet. :)

  • I like the 5 vowel sounds as described by Jan Fries. It's easily adaptable to the four worlds + spirit and the middle pillar ritual. Simple vibrations can be relaxing as well as invigorating.

  • Yes, those 5 vowels are a part of the saturn yoga of the Fraternitas Saturni. It's also nice to use instruments instead of the voice, like flutes, guitars or the good ol' Didgeridoo (do you know how to play the Didge?).

  • No, I've never tried the didgeridoo but I would like to.

  • It sounds amazing! Lots of people play them in Tally, very common in jam circles. :)

  • You can make a cheap one with PVC pipe and beeswax around one end for a mouthpiece cover, just make sure your neighbors are not home before you start....( ' 0 ' )
