@Flemmi93 NO, man, as Steven hawking said, NOTHING is perfect. "Hawking radiation" comes from a black hole which slowly increases over time. Radiation is light, so there you go.
Black holes are interesting, but white holes have much more mistery inside it. We don't know almost anything about them, we even don't know if they exicst. It interest me soo much, you have to be interested in space!
you don't see a black hole, what you see is the absence of light and an extremely large gravitational pull. you can't see it with physical eyes because we can only see light.
but wouldn't you be quashed and your atoms that make up your body be ripped apart in a millinth of a second by the black hole's strong gravity as we know of !!!!!!!!! .................. srry there i got a little crazy ....
You wouldn't see pain, but you would die. The gravitational pull has so much force, your body wouldn't have time to process the pain. You'd be spaghettified. Nothing can escape, not even light that travels at 670 million mph.
@JustinOsbore Ive heard that 2 years ago 3 scientists made a really small black hole by accident BTW i would to if it weren't for the gravity of it pulling us to shreds
True, but Scientist sure do like to make a lot of assumptions!
How are black holes made from collapsed stars? Every Galaxy has a Super Massive Black Hole! Yet scientist are baffled by the presents of an Ancient Super Massive Black Hole!
ya a collapsed star will have the biggest pullof gravity known, and the gas andstuff from the nova circle around it for a really longtime and then the thingwiil eventually fully collapse after billions of years
Well, common, most believed theory, that our space has at least 4 dimensions (normal 3D, the spacetime is distorted in forth dimension. Hyperstring theories tells us, that space has 10 dimensions plus one dimesion for time. (Also, one type of hyperstring theory, namely the boson theory, sugests that we have 26 dimensions, plus one time, but this isn't probably true, because for boson theory to work, we need tachyons, which are particles with imaginary mass, travelling faster than light.
Point-particle is holding Quantum mechanics back bigtime. And Hyperstring is a little more than "just speculation". It's possible that string may never be proven outside of mathematics. Time isn't really a dimension but it is easier tp refer to it as one.
A mega star, 10,000 the volume of our Sun, implodes on itself, becoming 10 miles across, while keeping its mass & density from before the implosion. The spacetime around this newly imploded object warps due to catastrophical forces of gravity and becomes the centre of attention, over night. All else around it begins its downward spiraling into the spacetime vortex. On the other side of the event horizon lies the imploded star with an ever growing mass, density...A new mega star one day perhaps?
That's the Theory. You can not really prove it. Do you even know whats inside of a star? How do you know that beyond the event horizon is matter still in this 3 dimensional reality?
Is this star still 3 dimensional after it implodes? Is the space time vortex 3D? The Event horizon looks 2D to me that's all I'm saying.
thats not a black hole its a thing that is shaped like a black hole and the guys that made it like a black hole color and then he made a experiment about lightning.
Forget about the colors.... notice the graph of space being bent. The jet shooting out wouldn't happen unless some matter were falling in (thus heating up to exteme temps).
Black holes have so much gravity even the light can't escape. Plus. a blak hole cannot be seen. it is believed to be smaller than a pin. therefore if we were to get sucked into a black hole. we would get virtually "squashed" and it would be a very slow painful death.
creepy stuff. Although... A more scarier death would be if you fell out of your space craft and were flying right towards Jupiter.. Brr! Damn that's scary. Don't know what you all think but, that's the worst way to die for me. XD
lol... there is no real time...time is just the measurement of how long it takes our earth to do a complete rotation so really there is no such thing as time we are always here just suspended in the universe forever just rotating and making revolutions around our sun OF CORSE DUH???
lol... there is no real time...time is just the measurement of how long it takes our earth to do a complete rotation so really there is no such thing as time we are always here just suspended in the universe forever just rotating and making revolutions around our sun
i heard that a black hole can lead into a different dimension (the 5th i think?) then again, no one can go into a black hole and survive, so for all we know, there could be unicorns out there.... lol
If you shon a torch into a black hole you wouldn't see anything... mainly because it would have sucked the torch in too quick for you to see anything :P
a black hole has a rotation speed of said "speed of light" which is exactly why a black whole is not as much of an area, as much as a structure of light, which sucks in light because it is going faster then light, which is also why it looks like it is going very slow. So technically, if a human were to go through it faster then the speed of light, they would live, but wouldn't live through the process of the speed of light. Very confusing, dont even know if im right, i might be though. :)
If it is going faster than light it can't "have a rotation speed of said "speed of light"". For light not to be able to escape it would have to have a gravitational acceleration FASTER than "the speed of light".
I think youre probably right, black holes would lead to another "dimension". I'm parting from the theory that black holes are interruptions in space time, and are like a tunnel...they come out the other end, so if someone would "travel" through a black hole, one might find him/herself in a whole other space time...
That's my theory. Either that, or it's just a passage that brings you to a different part in the universe. Like to another galaxy or something like that. Although you can never be sure.
space is big right...so if one black hole is happnin here then another one is happnin sumwere else probly???so everything that is getting sucked into one black is coming out in the other one as dark matter (an unknown super condensed matter) maybe?? because the laws of phisycs dont aply in the singularity of a black hole..so is it not possible to create some kind of a teleportation effect?? maybe all thats getting sucked in is entering the void (a huge sea of vast nothingness...a vacuum)maybe...
well first of all u wouldnt even be able to see the center. the gravity is so stong it even pulls in light the only way to escape a black hole is to travel at or faster than the speed of light away from it.. so basicaly ur dead it would stretch u lol. its called the spaggheti effect, it warps space and would even make ur bones stretch. at the center is a point called singularity where all the laws of physics dont exist, physics dont know what happens at this singularity.
A black hole is nothing more than a collapsed star, stars have massive amounts of gravity, confining it to a small space will multiply the already existing gravity, so it begins to "suck" in anything around it, even light, because light is nothing more than particles, light has mass, so gravity has an effect on it. They are black because they give off no light, what they do give off are x-rays, which we can detect, and then determine if it is in fact a black hole.
gravity isen't multiplied, because the mass hasen't got bigger. there just go longer time if a fx particle entered the gravity field of a star, and another one a black hole, then there would go longer time before the particle would hit the black hole ,than the particle that was going to the star. you say that black holes have massive gravity, well that's because of their samll size. if a planet were orbiting a star which collapsed into a black hole, it would continue to orbit it.
The mass has gotten greater, if it had stayed the same as it did when it was a star, then the black hole would not have the gravitational pull to bend and "suck" in light. Because a stars gravity can not hold light in, stars give off light, so obviously the black hole's gravity becomes greater because of its condensed size.
how would it have become greater? there hasen't become more mass or less. the mass has just been more concentrated. so the pull is the same, you just be longer inside the gravity field before you hit the star, and that's why the escape velocity goes up.
mass only gets greater when reaching or already reached the speed of light... you can actually make light come to a coplete standstill by stining it through a block of bose einstien condensate...anyway it gets heavier when it tries to make a futile attempt to constantly speed up its already highest speed possible...and it dont work so the particles just increase there mass...
Wtf Theres no such thing as black holes scientists and astronauts searched all around the galaxy no black hole, if they did scientists would test out what it would do like: go back in time or shit you know but If they are real gimme some proof please just saying lol.
no one no's shit about them, u just repeat things that people think they know about them and then it be comes a fact so stuf and go out in to space then tell me whats in at black hole
a black hole is when a star with a massive force dies and implodes into itself causing a rip in the "space time continuum" also said that light cannot escape it when it enters it. thats why it gets the name "black" (i think)

In Theory. But what if the black hole has no mass at all? What if its just a hyper dimensional hole in space-time?
My theory is just as good as anyone else's at this point.
wavepsychic 2 years ago
No, they aren't, cause black holes actually distort space in their surroundings. They act in the way they should - like an extremely heavy object.
noclipus5 2 years ago
ok noclipus lets go with Einsteins view that objects pull down the space time continuum & that's how we get Gravity.
Is this stretching in of space 3 dimensional & why?
wavepsychic 2 years ago
Well, common, most believed theory, that our space has at least 4 dimensions (normal 3D, the spacetime is distorted in forth dimension. The forth dimension of Time is the distance between cause and effect & is ONLY in the 3 dimensional physical realm.
Hyperstring theory is just speculation & is not proved through any experimentation. And you people call our Quantum Physics pseudo-science.
Nonetheless nice job on explaining everything here. I find this very interesting.
