A lot like cutting up a whole chicken, really (which I've done many times, even though they were the kind from the grocery...plucked, cleaned, butchered, and all wrapped up tidy in cellophane and styrofoam). I've thought about trying rabbit...they have butchered whole rabbits both fresh and frozen at a market here in my neighborhood.

@OCoptimusconvoy you can roast them, fry them or boil them. if theyre young you wana fry them, if theyre just under full size you wana roast them, and if theyre old you wana boil them. but after boiling them for an hour or two you can roast or fry them, if you dont boil the older rabbits they'll come out really tough.

That skin would have been good for a dummy, My old Labrador was good at retrieving live rabbits without command.lol straight into the grass verge, head down, hello rabbit! Multiple tumors on her spleen ruptured, £800 operation and died two weeks later. I do miss her when watching things like this.
