  • Just eat in moderation and excercise twice a week, you'll be good to go.

  • Thanks so much for posting this:) My diet is a bit like hers, but obviously not as strict. It makes you more energetic and you actually end up feeling really "light" and great if you can stay on the diet. So it's not decreasing portions, but more like substituting the junk food/salty food/sweets with healthier choices like fresh fruits/veg:)

  • Don't give yourself too much pressure. I was 96kg (woman), to me there are 3 specific area to tackle,

    A. exercise,

    B. dieting,

    C. medicinal be it TCM like accupuncture, dieting pills, or hypnosis

    Believe in what works for you, to me, when I combine all 3 methods

    a. Exercise = 70%

    b. Medicinal = 20% (I meant TCM, acupuncture)

    c. Dieting = 10%
