So let me get this straight... :)

I can talk freely to any person, and by quickly placing my hand on my chest every time I speak a positive word (like "smart", "funny" etc.), I anchor that feeling or attribute to myself and subliminally suggest to the person in front of me, that I am in fact smart and funny...? At least, that is what they will be thinking...
