does it hurt your backbone when you are initially sitting up? I cant do any sort of excercise like that such as sit ups, can do crunches but never do situps cause it kills my lower back/assbone whatever you want to call it lol just curious
It doesn't hurt at all. Regular sit ups and crunches are junk. I developed the strength to pull this move off from doing "special" kettlebell swings, pull ups, weighted pistols, and Z Health.If you want to strengthen your abs and lower back in one shot (and everything else besides OH pressing) have a powerlifter teach you how to deadlift(as long as your doc says its Ok)Low reps, high weight, good form. Stay away from nimrod personal trainers in commercial gyms if you want to learn the right way.
