Really lately you got more reasons to buy a ps3 than ever

On xbox family package is 100$ a year,which is price or 2 new games or you can buy 5 or 6 older great games. 100$ a year is not much, but imo it's stupid to pay for online play when you've already paid for game, console and isp.

Sometimes it's more fun to vary ur attacks but sometimes it's feels way to hard to not button mash (especially when there are tons of skeleton guys ,and that makes up a very good portion of the combat scenarios in the game)

Dude, psn was offline ONE TIME since i have ps3 and that was because of the hackers that are gone now. Don't get me wrong, i have both consoles and love them both. Every console has it's awesome exclusives. But i have the same connection on ps3 as on my xbox.

I'm a PS3-owner myself and seeing as how the PSN went off for a long period of time, we can safely say that the Microsoft Server is a lot stronger than the Sony servers. You'll never know when it might happen again. BUT, the PS3 has better games anyway with better graphics so I'd still choose my PS3 over an XBOX anyday.
This game was a let down, the graphics were great but it just felt boring and confusing compared to the others. However, its still really fun but I did play bayonetta right before this and that game was amazing so idk if that affected what I would rate it (4.5)

I played and from the start I was like ehhh but continued as the I liked the gameplay concept and thought the fighting would get better. Maybe it's just me being a newb (or maybe too advanced for the early levels) and it just bored me I played it not even for 2 hrs. It's looks better in the vid tbh

This game is good, but it is shit when it comes to Bayonetta. I traded this game at gamestop for Bayonetta and that game is WAY better than God of war3.
It was good, but the first game is still the best of the trilogy. At least in the first GOW Kratos eventuall becomes a likeable character and he's avenging his family, but in GOW3 he's just selfish and I started to dislike him more and more.
Let me tell you one thing! Nearly flawless? You think a story, worth a price for worst story of the last 20 years and perhaps beyond and graphics that AREN'T the best ever (Because Kratos looks awesome, everything looks a little better than it is, but look at Zeus, Athena, He- Ah! Just every other character in the game and tell me, anybody cared to make them look good) make together a 5/5? As an action game, it's awesome (Even though, by far too short and easy) but as a God of War game it's not

during the 1st tutorial, after killing all of the monsters, the cutscene didn't even come out

Sometimes it's more fun to vary ur attacks but sometimes it's feels way to hard to not button mash (especially when there are tons of skeleton guys ,and that makes up a very good portion of the combat scenarios in the game)

This game is the definition of a button masher I beat the whole game using only the square button but what your doing looks very impressive so this is still a pretty good game

Xbox360 has better online, because they pay for it and it always works, but then again PS3 has more exclusives and simply better games with better graphics.

Dude, psn was offline ONE TIME since i have ps3 and that was because of the hackers that are gone now. Don't get me wrong, i have both consoles and love them both. Every console has it's awesome exclusives. But i have the same connection on ps3 as on my xbox.

I'm a PS3-owner myself and seeing as how the PSN went off for a long period of time, we can safely say that the Microsoft Server is a lot stronger than the Sony servers. You'll never know when it might happen again. BUT, the PS3 has better games anyway with better graphics so I'd still choose my PS3 over an XBOX anyday.

This game was a let down, the graphics were great but it just felt boring and confusing compared to the others. However, its still really fun but I did play bayonetta right before this and that game was amazing so idk if that affected what I would rate it (4.5)

@championofgods what game isn't repetitive? what game truly has so much variety that it actually has different control schemes throughout the game, it's about how GOOD and FUN that repetitiveness is that determines the awesome quality of a game, God of War 3 does just that, as for CoD...it's not my cup of tea, but it's popular for a reason, alot of people seem to like the formula, and fyi, the God of War games are NOT overrated, they are masterpieces with EACH game getting high scores - Fact.

@4everSolidSnake prince of persia (the classic 2d game), Final Fantasy until the 128bit era... and I could tell even Mortal Kombat (although its only fighting) the Multiplayer aspect makes it fun and unpredictable... even Super Mario Bros is more fun than GoW... any rpg made by Bioware, any Elder Scrolls, Diablo is more fun than GoW, etc...etc...

@4everSolidSnake I rented it out and it bored me to shit. I loved the concept of it and thought this game will be very fun since it's the type of gameplay I want + great reviews = rent it out. I played and from the start I was like ehhh but continued as the I liked the gameplay concept and thought the fighting would get better. Maybe it's just me being a newb (or maybe too advanced for the early levels) and it just bored me I played it not even for 2 hrs. It's looks better in the vid tbh

It was good, but the first game is still the best of the trilogy. At least in the first GOW Kratos eventuall becomes a likeable character and he's avenging his family, but in GOW3 he's just selfish and I started to dislike him more and more.

Let me tell you one thing! Nearly flawless? You think a story, worth a price for worst story of the last 20 years and perhaps beyond and graphics that AREN'T the best ever (Because Kratos looks awesome, everything looks a little better than it is, but look at Zeus, Athena, He- Ah! Just every other character in the game and tell me, anybody cared to make them look good) make together a 5/5? As an action game, it's awesome (Even though, by far too short and easy) but as a God of War game it's not
