Your are correct. BoB are fast action highlights. The Heavy Armor and Keltik Kombat series are full fight movies. The upcoming Best of Batleth X shall also be full fight movies.

They are not plastic. The practice (combat) pieces are 3/4 inch plywood that is padded to protect the plywood. Service pieces are either aluminum or steel when on parade or working as security. If you wish to know more about the batleths, go to the website shown at the end of the video. There are pages on how to cut and how to pad. I can also get you a cardboard template.
