nice one, hadn't heard it before. sounds like "doubt" or "desperation" to me, in any case it seems like there are a lot of unanswered questions! like in that beethoven sonata where at the end there are 2 questions raised (with a rest after each), and the answer is a definite no, as schiff outlined it in his lecture (i think it's appassionata or moonlight mv 3). anyways, nice one! ^^
@Sorcerer88 It's based off a poem by Sir Thomas Percy called "Edward, Edward" and yes, this was a student recital. Brahms' Ballades from Op. 10 are great pieces! No. 2 is my favorite, I think (the second section sounds like a lot of influence on Alkan's "En Rythm Molossique").
