Do you know that your nick in my country is just a cursed word with SC added at the end? I think you know.
By the way... it was quite obvius that those 2 loorkers will go by at the bottom. Zerg player used the patch unprotected by cannons, while hist single lurker was just a distraction.
I'm currently 19, and from Maryland. I started playing StarCraft around 2000 after watching family friends (who, for some reason, were all boys) play. I'm a math and secondary education major, entering my sophomore year at the University of Maryland.
Anyway, you are by far the most entertaining commentator for StarCraft. :D Thanks for your time and effort. Haha, Effort.
since you requested some info on your viewers; 23 year ole male from Sweden, working as a fireman, play starcraft every now and then. love to watch games at sc2gg. You're doing a great job, keep it up.
22, Trondheim in Norway. Soon to be Social Anthropologist. I think I'm gonna devote myself and my future studies to the protoss culture. Very interesting.
Working for a start up in Silicon Valley ad enabling casual games as my internship for the summer. Originally from Toronto, Canada. Still attending University of Waterloo for Systems Design Engineering.
I'm from Australia and train Kangaroos for a living. I usually train them for entertainment purposes such as; circus', zoo shows, birthday partys etc.
You guys are stalkers. I need to turn off that Watching Now feature.

Oh yah, and to make this comment relative... Hey Cholera! You have quite the mantossly voice. I'm a big fan of Armored Core and I enjoy Starcraft as a secondary passtime. Anyway, don't mind these SILLY GOOSES that are spamming your video. They're just SILLY.
Almost as silly as me forgetting to hit High Quality when I watched this video.
Man how you get a job designing games...? Totally a dream job =) Nearly every game i play..(except for starcraft) Im like man if they sat me a couple friends of mine in a room with a ounce of good chronic, we could design the best games everrrrrr!! :)
I found some jobs in Austin for video game testers, a buddy of mine actually picked it up and has been a tester for about 6 months now. He likes it i guess. But iono it seems pretty impossible to get your foot in the door in that industry.
I became interested when my dad taught me the basics of BASIC when I was a kid, then in high school Ultima Online set my standards for innovation (no other game since UO has innovated much in that market, and most have regressed). I went to college and got a CS degree focused on game programming, then moved to CA because yeah, the industry (in the US) is focused in CA and then TX. My first job was rough but now I'm doing exactly what I want.
It's hard to get in through being a tester, and impossible if you're not a good programmer. Game development doesn't pay well at first because everyone wants to do it. The experts (10+ years) are paid well, though. If you really have a passion for it, study computer science, program some games for fun and for demos, then you're set and can get a foot in the door somewhere.
Just watched some of your Pimpest videos, liked them a lot (mostly the play, the commentary was standard ;). Thanks for doing those, and for the ones you put up today.
I'm not working on anything yet well-known; I just finished a browser-based MMO that will be in private testing soon, and started a new job doing AI simulations using game tech. My interests are player-driven MMOs, serious games, educational games, and various other innovations that the industry currently lacks.
siege does it just fine as sea showed us also protoss have air builds possible against both races (sair reaver/dt drop/fast carriers off reaver)
so i dont think that it favors anyone yet we will have to see what strats develop for the map that might imbalance but its too new to be imbalanced for now
How many minerals are in the deposits on either side of the lurker egg 'walls'? It would be interesting if it was a relatively low number, enough for one or two (since there are three entrances to each base) 'collects' so that a player could choose to sacrifice some early mineral collection in order to remove the deposits from his side of the wall. This would deny opponent scouting while still leaving the deposit on the far side to move his own scout out.
That's a great idea. I think someone said it was 32 minerals, so it would take 4 trips. Thanks for bringing it up, we'll have to see if a progamer decides to do this.
You weren't 100% wrong they are smaller than normal ramps, since 1 of any unit on the ramp can block it. Normal ramps can't be fully blocked by 1 worker, ling, zealot ext.
