The only thing you need to do is to finish a 3 year senior. You must have the basic majors which the government requires you to know. In Norway it's math, physics, chemistry, english and society. Then apply for a bachelor degree in Mechatronics. Later on a master level, apply for advanced robots and intelligent systems. USA has many such faculties.
