OMG! They are blowing up a Volvo 760! ROFL. I may have built that one in 1984-86 =P.
The Super Cub pwns other bikes, Too bad Honda Evil Empire do not sell the cub in Europe or USA =(. The 50cc version with PGM-Fi uses only 0,09l/10 km!

As far as I can tell, this movie is only available in Japan. There is no export, subtitled version.

I think so. It is a cub, and it is superized. So the movie title is Super Cub. Just my opinion though :)
