do you guys make a bracket that bolts on to the gas tank bolt on the 2007 dyna? harley does not sell the bracket alone? all other brackets move the seat to the rear of the bike giving you a reach!
hey guys this is my firt time building a bike...just started video taping it, i got some pics i will be uploading from when i got the bike...its a cheap en500 i got in exchange for painting some dude tank, please feel free to give ideas, tips, or critisize if you want...its a very low budget project, i also just discovered Anvil Customs...nice site
nice, as simple as it seems and is at the end of your vid you mentioned the springs placement in relation to the bungs..thats a need to know piece of info.
Hey man I like your video it gives me some pointers for a first time bobber builder. My brother in law have choped out my special 650 and welded on the ridgid frame but im stuck on the seat. i'm pretty much trying to do everything at as cheap of a coast as I can and so far it hasn't coast us a dime. you can get ahold of me at willballard650@gmail.com. hit me with a price. we plan on building more so i will keep you in mind for the future as well
Hey I just wanted to say I liked your video and thought you are a funny guy. Hey look at my wild creation on you tube see: Jeff's wisconsin chopper. Great video. Jeff Dahl, Dahlcraft Machine, Eugene Oregon
Question How do these springs compare ride wise with seat shocks sold by someone like choppershocks. I am a pretty big guy 6'-4" 240lbs and I'm wondering if these will just bottom out when I ride? Do they make them with different weight ratings?
YES, Dave at Choppershox sells 3 different weight ratings. I JUST built a seat for a 300 pound dude and installed Choppershox on it. He says its a GREAT ride. Until now, he hasn't found springs that wouldn't bottom out......he loves his Anvil seat/choppershox.
