Society is always making changes but contrary to what most people believe the majority of changes are for the worse not better. In California mixing the races in the prisons is very very very bad, it is a FACT that races stick together in California prisons more then in prisons in ANY other state. What Im saying is the reason they got placed in prison is something they did trying to get high. Most of them are not violent, or do not like violence at all. Just like in the nieghborhood the community nows who committs the crimes. This is not hare to do seperating the good people from the bad. More and more people are being sent to prison for increasingly petty crimes. Step out of line for a second, a year behind bars. That's one way for a government to control people. Put the black sheep away, so the rest can't go astray, and reject society's standards. Not talking about drug dealing, murder, rape, but petty crimes.
