  • Nice video and I love the little dance at the end. We need to get more ladies involved in shooting.

  • damn, she did pretty good for her first shot, my girl did horrible, i let her sjoot my .22 cooey, them my 12 gauge maverick, bad idea xD

  • An instructor actually instructing ....nice to see....

  • Wow, this Youtube video takes the price!

Overall, a very nice video... Keep it up!

30 points out of 30 points!

  • This is how we all should be taught. Lean in!!!

  • Well done first video where someone was actually teaching, leave it to a FF.

  • Someone thank this man for making her lean forward. It's fine to be a little scared at first (rightfully so; it's a weapon, not a toy), but at least she wasn't injured due to proper handling. You're a great friend with a great dad for ensuring she was safe with her shooting!

  • Cool, and glad finaly a video of someone actually showing someone how to shoot.

  • cant really say more then these other fine people. thanks for posting an educational video young people watching wont watch and then go hurt themselves imitating.

  • See this is how you do it. You don't' just hand a complete novice a gun and let them hurt themselves with it so you can laugh like a jack ass.

  • Notice that the correct shooting posture is taught by a father....not by a boyfriend.

  • @Orukal Disagree, id show any girls id know a more proper way to shoot than their fathers. Its just called being a dick, and people that arent dicks, show them how to even hold a gun correctly before the first round is ever even loaded. IMO if a girl hasnt shot a gun until her boyfriend takes her to a range, the father failed his job anyway, and was probably a tree hugger.

  • @joe735 Hey I'm a tree hugger and I Love to shoot. No Fair. Fut I sure agree with the rest, My father made us learn after my sister almost blew my head off from 3 feet away, with a revolver. I could clearly see the bullets and the look on her face. She thought it was empty and I luckily talked her into looking again. She started crying because she really was going to shoot me.

It wasn't long before We all knew how to handle a gun safely and also how to properly take care of a gun.

  • Good instructor, hot girl and a shot gun.I feel pretty good all the way around seeing this.Apparently 47 whinny liberals don't agree but then again "who cares"

  • the 47 people who disliked this vid are fags...

  • Yes! A video on youtube where the guy ACTUALLY instructs the cute girl how to shoot correctly, and safely. Thumbs up!

  • finally! someone who teaches a newbie how to shoot correctly!

  • thats definitely not bad to teach her to lean forward. im a smaller person, and im younger, so when im shooting, i lean back a bit since i have a Benelli Nova with a 26 inch barrel, but i keep my weight forward. certainly helps.

  • Holy cow I know that guy....I shoot with him at the Texas Firefighter Olympics

  • @elpolloloco69 ----you are correct with who you think it is....my dad. I missed the FFO this year, conflicting schedule. Hope you had fun. I hear dad shot pretty good!

  • I'm glad to see a video of a responsible person showing a complete novice proper procedure and safey. I guess the 43 thumbs down are from all the guys who didn't see another chick fall on her ass or cut her face. Best video of this type on you tube.

  • ahh shooting is fun everyone should try it!

  • Cute chick, at least the old bloke taught her how to shoot it correctly.

  • what gage shotgun

  • @grinder9871 -------28 guage Remington 1100

  • @davidcsmith0311usmc 28? Wow, shouldn't that be minor recoil. 12 is standard, so 28 should be a walk in the park.

  • @The30calboy 28 is a walk in the park for an experienced shooter. I would not call 12 standard. my grandfather tells me that 12 was only used for duck hunting in his days. he laughs at people that use "cannons" for shooting dove. as for the video, i dont think it was the recoil that got her, only the surprise of the first shot.

  • Really cute girl. I think it's fantastic your dad helped her out. She might have been scared, but not bad enough that she will turn anti-gun. I think a first experience with a gun means a ton toward how they will feel about them forever.

  • Wow someone showing her how to shoot properly...

    Hahaha Scary!

Cute girl and a gun... that's nice

  • Why can't all the gun teaching guys be like him!

  • my dad just taught me how to shoot and how you taught her how to shoot agrees 100% with what my dad said. And lol after she shoots the shotgun

  • haha that was scary haha....try to be on the other end of it now...THAT'S scary hahaha :)

Nice thing indeed that they showed her properly ! So many people out there just do it in a bad way !

  • thats good u showed her the proper way to shoot a shotgun, also funny as all git out right after she shot ohhhhh dat was scary. LOL!!!

  • I agree! Very Nice! IMO, Introducing firearms to your friends and loved ones at the earliest time and then teaching them the safety and dangers and the way to use a rifle (in this case a shotgun) is great! That's the way to aim and hold a weapon, esp. a shotgun! Very good job! 5/5!

  • @KarbineKyle I agree 100%, I'm gonna teach my sisters and my 12 year old brother how to shoot my new 12-gauge the next time I'm at the range.

  • exactly! that way when zombies are overrunning the population we'll be prepared!

  • Seriously, thanks for givin her a proper stance.

  • nice to see u care about ur gf unlike those other guys who give their girl a gun and has them shoot with no instruction at all good job and nice gf by the way

  • Great Video...I enjoy seeing newer shooters out having fun and being safe. Proper instruction is key. Kudos...one up for us!

  • way to be a good guy and have a fella teach her the proper way

  • Thanks for being a good advocate for the sport! Hope she keeps shooting.

  • cool you showed her the correct way alot of youtube videos show abunch of Aholes teaching girls to shoot wrong

  • I'm glad you had someone show you the proper way to shoot. I hope you liked it and keep it up. Shooting is fun when done properly and safely. Thanks for sharing

  • 5+ !!!

  • i shot my first shell at a trap range too, good way to learn- good intructions/teacher

  • This is the only video on youtube, where the guy teaches the girl properly, how to shoot a shotgun.

  • great teaching and thanks to the guy for taking the gun before she turned around. love her reaction lol

  • lmao, prob's for teaching her how to shoot properly. this is the only vid, I've seen like that.

  • Thank you for teaching her to shoot properly. 5*

  • omg thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your the only person on youtube who knows how to tell a girl not to lean waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy back, i salute you

  • @Rthomasfan1 I clicked on this video just so i could see if they actually did tell her to lean forward

AND HE DID SO OMG YAY

  • @Rthomasfan1 Same here, actually. I just commented on 3 videos about that.

  • 5/5 for the proper instructions alone!

  • It's good to see a video where someone actually tells the noob to lean into the shot and takes the gun from them right after. As opposed to, here I've loaded it up with 6, 3" slugs. Now lean back, shoot, fall to the grounfdand wave the gun everywhere while it's still loaded. Good job.

  • Great instruction, for a change.

    Bravo, well done.

  • Watched it again...Watch dude in the blue shirt-without even looking, only concentrating on her he has the gun in his hand.Very well done..

  • Usually I see these videos and I think,"RED NECK PRESENTS..."

She was awesome though,I'm sure she had some instruction from dude there.

    Well done.

  • WTG teaching her how to shoot, see no bruises, no butt dirt from kickback knocking her to the ground, no crying other than the usual pussy girl comment, and no accidental discharge. The funny part about all the other videos is - its not hard to shoot a powerful gun, but girls pick it up, alot of times with the attitude theres nothing to it, and that theyre gonna show up all the guys.

  • Hey kick ass I've found a thread with common sense! I've been watching these type of vids saying it's not funny it's sad, that girl and the people around her could have been seriously injured or killed because no one wanted to take the time to teach them to do it correctly. This video actually showed someone trying to give proper instruction. My 5'5" 105 lbs wife and I shoot sporting clays all the time and she does just fine, why; because I taught her to do it correctly and safely. Right on.

  • Geezuz...thank God I'm not the only one.Well said,I routinely rip into videos with piss poor gun safety.

  • wow its a nice change of pace to see someone actually teaching a girl how to shoot instead of handing her a gun, having her fall over, the posting the video on youtube.

good to see someone by her side coaching her on what to do

  • Pretty reasonable first try. At least there was someone properly supervising her, and giving some instruction. Cute too! (the girl)

  • I know this is going to ruin it for the guys but someone needs to tell her to wear higher cut shirts while shooting... when she gets to handguns... hot brass fucking hurts man...

  • About damn time, someone actualy trying to help someone do it right instead of set them up for failure and laugh because their 'buddies' suck.

Pretty hot until the whole 'scary' part too.

  • no shit man ive watched quite a few of these vids tonight and this is the only one where someone has made an attempt to help them position right

  • likewise, people shouldnt be set up for failure when it comes to guns, especially women, im not trying to be sexist but its true really.

  • Real cute and more importantly someone was up there showing her how to safely fire the thing instead of just standing there filming her falling on her ass.

  • @loydwho

Yeah she's actually quite cute. A Little silly with the "that was scaaarryyy", but still shot it well. Congrats to the old guy for being helpful.
