Houve contaminação na hora de secar as mãos (usou o mesmo lado da toalha para secar ambas mãos).

Como a toalha tem dois lados, cada lado da toalha é para cada mão e não um lado da toalha para ambas as mãos.

Observe como ele secou as mãos só em um lado da toalha.

i didnt know that when gowning that you are allowed to turn in while the circulator stands still.. is that not breaking technique??

Not good technique. Standards of Practice says that the scrub tech should stand in front of the back table (as it is the largest sterile field), hand card to nurse, and she/he comes behind the tech.

Reason: Sterile to sterile, non-sterile to non sterile.
