I remember when my brother and I used to play this, "Contra" and "Double Dragon 2" together. I used to always lose all of my "men" before my brother so I had to come back into the game, and use one of his 1up's. He would be like, "Don't come in on my man!!!" Good times.

Bad Dudes was that game, boy! So glad I was born in a time when I got to see the arcades in their time. Not to sound like an old man but the kids today missed out on some greatness! Bad Dudes was wow, man. You really felt like a badass when you got through all of that mess.

The thing about certain arcade games from yesteryear is that you remember them so well by the sound effects. I could know this game was near without ever seeing it. Bad Dudes proved that you didn't need a big story. The president gets abducted by some ninjas and they send in some guys in wife beaters to get him. NOT just any guys. BAD DUDES.

I remember drewling at some video game magazine when I was a kid and i remember i saw a screenshot of the first level of this game. There was a guy covered in flames, but I can not remember seeing him when I play it on Mame. I am not talking about the first boss. Has anyone else seen him?
