Thanks for uploading these I got them all and they worked great. there is one song that isnt complete but strangely back when I was able to open the DATA.PAK file on the PS2 version the same thing happened. I was after the song It's funky Enough by The D.O.C. but it seems to be incomplete. I have ripped it from GTASA on the PS2 so it's only 24000hz so it's a little fuzzy. it's ok. thanks again for the sends.

@coondogtheman1234 Ah! It's Funky Enough! I love that song, it brings back the golden days of 6th-generation sandbox shooters and games overall. I miss those days. Yeah it was in San Andreas on Radio Los Santos, along with a lot of other classic hip-hop and rap. I'm glad the part files worked for you as that was my first time splitting files. When I have time, I'll look up a high-quality mp3 of It's Funky Enough. I'm pretty sure I can find one and link ya.

sounds good thanks. and I love San Andreas. I like many of the songs in that game. you ever play the game scarface the world is yours? I like many of the songs in that game too. the song get my gun by D12 is in that game and it's a modern song, in an 80's themed game.

@coondogtheman1234 I regret not playing that when it was new, but I guess it came out during the time where Xbox 360 and Ps3 were just around the corner and we knew the current generation was going to end. Nowadays though I can just download it and try it out whenever I like, but for some games that's just not possible. Like Midnight Club 3; one of my favorite racing games of all time yet, Rockstar never bothered with a PC port.

Yeah PC games are good b/c you can mod them but I have area 51 on the PC which is free to download and play BTW but there are no cheats for it and trainers don't work, and all of the audio files are .000 files and I can't get them to play right. there is a prog that I have that can open then but the thing that I need to use with my prog requires a paid version of that prog. I just can't win. I have PC and Ps2. I got red faction 1 which is awesome.

@coondogtheman1234 Especially with older PC games because they generally have lighter anti-piracy measures - at most a serial number. Now days it's crazy and I wonder why they bother. One question, how long have you had your Ps2? Is it an old one or is it a new one? Because Sony still manufacturers them because of the demand.

I actually have 2 PS2s. one is my older one the fat one and the one I use now is a slim model. I hope they never phase out the PS2 b/c i'll just give up on console gaming and just game on PC. I don't see why they even bother withanti piracy b/c when they overcharge for stuff like this in these tough times people are gonna download it anyway. and if they don't sell it anymore guess what. gonna get downloaded. I have yet to get doom 3 for the PC. I have Area 51 by midway.

@coondogtheman1234 I too hope they don't phase out the Ps2, but to be honest I was an Xbox person. I'm just glad some 6th generation gaming is still supported, unlike Microsoft who discontinued the Xbox when 360 was being released. But there will always be PC. To be honest I could live without console games but I would definitely miss games like Midnight Club 3 and stuff never released on PC.

Are you having trouble finding Doom3, or do you mean like actually buying the physical game disc?

First seeing if I can buy the actual game disc and then if I can't then i'll have to do without it until I can find a copy somewhere. I hope that my machine can run it and I also hope that it has cheat codes like IDDQD, IDKFA for the classic doom. I wish the game BLACK was released on the PC but it was only on the PS2. I just hate that game developers and console co.s have the ability to block cheating and audio extraction from games. it sucks really b/c I can't have fun.

@coondogtheman1234 I always like having the original game disc for older games first. I still have 12 originals from my Xbox that I thankfully didn't trade for 360, although I DID trade many many others which I regret doing. True Crime can run on pretty much any old computer; it's system specs are very low and you can adjust the graphics. Was Black a good game? I never played it.

The main reason why I hate consoles is region-ing from NTSC to PAL. It annoys me heaps.

@azn069 I think I can run that game well. I can run Midway's game area 51 PC and that wants a 1.4GHZ CPU and 256MB RAM which I have 512. I like having the original discs to older games too but older games are becoming hard to find now so downloading is the only other option. Black is a FPS and it's pretty good if you love guns and blowing stuff up. I hate region checking on games and movies I think if you have a DVD or a game you should be able to play it anywhere.

@coondogtheman1234 I remember Area 51..Was it a ps2/pc only release? I don't ever remember picking it up in the store.

Thankfully we still have eBay and other sites for niche markets like older games. I've been looking around and surprisingly there are still brand new and sealed games from the 6th generation! It's really nice to see but sometimes people charge a lot!

I think i might check out Black, it sounds like good old fun. And yeah, if it weren't for region locking I'd be buying many games!

it was on the PS2 and PC, not sure about other consoles. but I think you can DL it for free now. but it sucks b/c there are no ways to cheat in that game. and I cannot figure out how to extract the sound files from that game. I want the soundtrack and the radio chatter from the fake moonlanding scene. basically I want every single piece of audio from that game as a wav but the sound files are .000 files and no way to open them.

@coondogtheman1234 I know what it feels like..Do you remember Project Gotham Racing? It was one of the launch titles for the original Xbox. The soundtrack is nowhere to be found on the internet but I have no idea how to extract files from the game disc. I guess you could do it but I don't exactly have enough time to learn how!

If they are .000 files, are the part files? Or is it just a unique extension they use?

No but that sounds like it has something to do with Batman. as for ripping the soundtrack I think you need something to decompile the xbox files. I don't have an xbox just a PS2 but I will PM you a link to a program.

@coondogtheman1234 It's a kind of..half simulation half realistic fun racer. It's arcadey enough to just pick up and play and enjoy it but it was the first game I ever played so I remember it very well. I might check out the decomplier but I doubt there's anything out there, because a Google search proved that nobody had a full soundtrack available.
