Plastic surgery reeks of low self-esteem. Plus, it tricks potential mates into thinking your offspring will look a certain way when in fact the babies will be born with humongous noses. The reason that plastic surgery is addictive is because it doesn't fix or cure the internal insecurities these women have. Sad, really.

It's not only when she's asked about it, and the purpose of why their on these shows is to promote Celebrity Apprentice and their charites. I wouldn't assume that EVERYBODY knows each contestant's charity.
