I would have beaten his ass once they rescued the injured. Drunk drivers need to die but not hurting others in the process. They need to outlaw alcohol. It causes so many deaths and accidents every day. They complain about every other drug being bad(I'm not taking up for them) but how many people do you see out driving and getting into accidents after smoking a bowl or hitting a rock?
