Lack of complexity is a nature of grindcore, if you want something "complex" then go and listen to some jazz stuff or something. Despite of recording this album at Morrisound, they still managed to stay different from bands like Death, Deicide, Obituary, Morbid Angel and all the other Florida bands - which is a nice win for Napalm.
