I am originally from DRC and love my country but must admit that there's no way Kinshasa is more developed than J'burg, Nairobi, Accra,Tripoli or Abuja. Although there has been a push for modernization in the past 5 years or so it hasn't been enough to even make the list. Maybe in 20 years or so with the right leadership.
