  • The bell exactly sounds like a Mitsubishi?

  • Welcome to Plaza 66 on Nanjing Xi lu haha. love that place.

  • @jtoule8 Thanks for identifying the place!

  • @musicfreakcc Haha. I know it well. I live next to there.

  • I love that bell :D

  • These looks very nice.

  • If you know, Asian Otis elevator are different compares to American.

Every Otis Chime in my country is just like that except if it's above 15 years old.

  • I agree. But they have the same button compares to American.

  • I think Otis, Schindler, and Mitsubishi are working together now for a future elevator.... That's why an Otis and Mitsubishi Chime bell in my country is the same.....

  • Otis and Mitsubishi are currently working on elevators powered by linear motors.

  • LCD for low rise elevator!!!

  • it is once in a while that you can see LCD displays in an elevator but most Otis elevators have LCD displays

  • I wouldn't patronize a building with TV ads in the elevator. Forget it, I'll go somewhere else.

  • Well... I don't mind as long as there is no audio.

  • thats a cool looking call button

  • lol. ADs in the elevator. That's priceless.

Now how come our elevators can't have awesome bells like that. First bell I heard that I though was awesome was the one on the Schindler elevators when going down. I was obcessed with it for a week XD

  • Lol, they take advantage of the nice floor indicators by slapping an advert there. :P

  • Wow! The Bells Was Very Nice!

    It like to Mitsubishi Bell!

  • It surprised me. Meanwhile, the Otis elevators at the Oriental Pearl TV Tower have mostly american parts (except the buttons).

  • All of the Mistubishi products (between elevators in Shanghai and Escalators at the Beijing Airport) in mainland China were marked as "Shanghai Mitsubishi".

  • When you go to Toronto, please take a video of the CN Tower, the tallest structure in Canada.

  • i will be doing the same i live in Canada

  • does pressing a button 10 times really fast actually make the doors close faster?

  • No - it's a habit.

  • Taipei 101 mall elevators are so awesome. They have a call button with a handicapped symbol, and the elevator's that's coming will have a section of the full circle lit.

  • Wow this is the coolest elevator I've seen in a while.

  • Why couldn't our elevators be this nice?

  • its srtangse how the open/close are above the buttons and close is on the left this time open is on the right american elevators are the oppisite that I saw mcdonalds on the monoter at the end does that get annoying in there?

  • You mean the interior floor buttons? To me, they seem to be OTIS creations. Maybe you just need to wait for them to arrive into those new OTIS elevators to commence soon.

  • wish they would bring those cool buttons to the usa

  • Cool Elevator!!

  • I agree! I also agree with what crapper1 says!

  • wow, very cool elevator, especially with the big LED monitor.

  • This is an LCD monitor. It's used to show TV media stuff other than just being a floor indicator.
