If you read articles, interivews of different musicians, what they say about him as a VIOLINIST, you will change your mind about him :) Many many famous conductors invite him to play with their orchesstra. How do you think, why?! In one of his interviews David says: no conductor will invite you because you are good looking... Don't you agree? :))

Nigel Kenney plays better this song... in fact, he plays better anyway, he's a better violonist, better musician... David is nice, but there is no passion in the way he sings... He has technic, experience, but no passion. Maybe when he will be older things will change. :D

Maxim Vegnerov plays this much better.

This fellow needs to stop walking around and put more energy into the piece. As one commenter below me said, he plays this like an etude. I do not get the feeling that he is playing with any emotionthis is simply an exercise. he attempts to make up for this with his ridiculous onstage movements.
