Yes, this is a really nice elevator, and it sure has a classic feel. Plus, I too like the Epco fixtures a lot.

Yes, I do think Kone and Otis are my favorite elevator companies. Also, this is a Kone elevator, because of the nameplate on the door sensors and counterweight frame in the pit.

I think they should not have modernized these, but I'm not really mad because it was KONE that did it but still. But how did you know this was KONE?

The original elevators were Otis, and the 4th floor is the tower/club level, which explains the sign over the button.
they should have made the speed at least 150 FPM
