I believe it is called "Pendular" suspension. When, for example, the first wheel is moving up then the second wheel in the row will go down at the same time because they are connected...

Very, Very cool dude. What are the pneumatic tanks used for? How many motors power the locomotion? I presume there are 3 main drivetrains? Or are all 8 wheels in a single drivetrain? There may be an easy way to incorporate a steering function into this design, depending on how it is set up, FYI.

I'd like to see more pictures/clips of it if you're agreeable!

It is one motor on a single gear train for all wheels. The air tanks are just for fun. No pneumatics are used in this model. See my website for the building details!

The Air Tanks (or Nitro as you call it) were part of some Lego Pneumatic models I bought second hand years ago...
