i couldnt tell you how many fish i have caught @ the Fossil beds myself.... great place to fish @ times, but TONS of fish die every time they close the dam. we used to go around picking up the trapped fish, and putting them back in the river so they could live. seen alot of ppl w/ 80lb+ fish too
