  • I'm really sorry for the little angel, hope she's ok now, plz let us know

  • @evergreend - Her TD is much better, and barely perceptable most days. Her neurobiological (aka mental) illness, however, continues to cause her great suffering. She has been hospitalized in a children's psychiatric hospital since December 5th.

"My 6 yr old son was diagnosed with bipolar disorder I thought it was ADHD but they started him on zyprexa and we've seen a lot of improvement in his behavior.would highly recommend, Virtually no side effects. He eats a little more but most 6 yr old hyperactive boys could stand to eat a little more."

canned advertizing by "review" zyprexa for kids . help me find & expose -AkathisiA

  • I am currently taking Seraquel,Luvox, and Ativan I dont have Tardive Dyskinesia, I only had it when i was on Ambilify it freaked my mom out. I couldn't help it. The docter gave me Cogenat along with the Ambilify.Later I stop because it stop working the (Ambilify that is).

  • I would do this is the evenings immediately after taking Invega and later on Risperdal. My doctor called me a liar. If he were still my doctor I would show him this video. There is nothing more painful and irritating than these movements. The "have to move" is debilitating. I would take all of it from her if I could. She is too young to experience this madness. I take Geodon now and the movements have stopped for now.

  • @groovysherrie65- She has gotten somewhat better. The movements seem to wax and wane, come and go. Some medications can help like Benadryl, Cogentin (prescription only), and BCAA's. BCAA's are Branch-Chained amino Acids and can be found by looking up "JoMar Laboratories" in Google. BCAA used to be called TARVIL, and is at least somewhat effective in treating TD. It has helped my daughter immensely. Have a discussion with your doctor about these concerns--you have a right to be very concerned.

  • @TheeBonnis we are studying this right now in Pharmacology. It sounds like you've had to learn a lot about it too. I am happy to hear she has gotten somewhat better. Best wishes

  • @TheeBonnis

Hey, I got TD after a year of Reglan use, I'm a 26 year male. I've done hundreds of hours of research on TD an there's lots of good stuff here and on the way for TD sufferers. I'm taking BCAAs in addition to tons of other healthy and wonderful anti-td supplements and I'm slowly improving. I believe within a year or so I can be at or near 100%

Check out all the great natural anti TD stuff: Niacinamide (b3 analog), DHA(fish oil subset), Glutathione (antioxidant), manganese, E, etc..

  • @iluvabomb - Thank you so much for this information! And good luck to you!

  • @TheeBonnis Hi, my 19month old son has very similar movements and were going through a number of test's now to try to find out what it is. His MRI and EEG came back normal and he has a serum ceruloplasmin test on saturday. Our neurologist started him on 0.5 of Keppra and if it does not work (which it does not) to move it to 1.0 on friday which would be one week on it. Just wondering if you have to take medicine before developing this because that seems to be everybodys experience.
