Drastic difference. Gadhafi hired FUCKING mercenaries to shoot and KILL civilians who were protesting. The G20 summit security did get WAY out of hand for Canada but so did many of the protests. In the end, the actions of the police and security contributed to a few minor injuries and a couple of serious injuries. How that is comparable to snipers shooting and killing dozens of Libyan civilians on the streets or Syrian soldiers slaughtering hundreds of protesters with automatic rifles?

Second of all I was arrested and threatened with being beaten and raped by Toronto's finest. Police have opened fire on protesters before in Canada which is why they don't get machine guns anymore.

All 400 OIPRD complaints have been dismissed or deemed minor complaints which means it is a mark on there record for 2 years then wiped clean.
