Likely my favorite line in this episode... it shows Foamy really does care about Germaine and has been trying to help her, but it hasn't worked, and finally, he's giving up and letting her do things for himself. Foamy himself said he didn't really care, but not in the sense that he's a heartless bastard that doesn't care about the feelings of his owner. He really does. He's just decided to let it go and see if it works out.
