Lord Buddha was born in Kiratdesh(now nepal). He came to Kathmandu valley during the rule of 7th Kirati King Jitedasti. So it doesn't matter what Indians says as long as we stick to the truth. In the end truth will triumph.

And yeah Kiratdesh(now Nepal) was never part of Bharatvarsha(now India)

But India was part of British.

Man, agree 100% that Buddha was born in Nepal. I don't hate Nepalis. They are my good friends. They are peaceful Hindu brothers and sisters of us.

India was a part of British for very short period of time as our history so please don't talk about it. In my past comment, I was just asking you if Nepal was a part of India.

@wiigamer136 no my friend Nepal was never part of India. The history of Nepal starts from Kirat people. Kirat people are Mongoloid race(same race like chinese, jaoanese, korean or Asian people). Kira also find references in Veda, Mahabharata and other ancient texts, even in chinese and greek history.

Kirat were the first rulers of the Himalayas region, then known as Kiratdesh.

The term "Nepal" is first found in 'Atharva Parishista' (4th Century B.C.) believed to have derive from the term "Nepa"

The term "Kirat Desh"or Kirat Country is found in the earlier documents such as veda and other ancient Hindu texts.

The Nepal flag is the derivation of Kirat flag.
