Organization has a "Z" in it not an "s"

@jimmbo012345 yes... if you're using American English spelling. British English on the other hand uses an "s", as I think do other variations such as Australian English (although I believe they also accept "z"). As AIESEC has a global outlook, I don't think it matters.
