You have no such thing as free speech on YouTube. YouTube is a business, and they care about one thing, making money. Anything you submit to them is their data, it belongs to them and you agree to it the terms of use. Government laws of freedom of the press or freedom of speech do not apply here because you're using YouTube's service. They make the rules. If you don't like it, try another website or set up your own.
