  • really bad

  • @jonvanflan - aren't you insulting the other bands on the documentary yourself by saying they "sound like 1975"?

  • Cheer-Ax are a pretty good band, but where they fail is in their hubris. In a new documentary (Romantic Warriors) they content is is lame to sound like 1975, dissing the other bands in the movie. Well, they sound like a lot of RIO/avant bands. Let's be honest here, they are not that original, and that's why they are picked up by Cuneiform and classified as avant-progressive. So they sound like Henry Cow, 5uu's, Thinking Plague with some Todd Rundgren pop thrown in. It's just different influences

  • CHEER-ACCIDENT have never denied having influences, particularly from the '70s, so I think you've missed the point (deliberately, no doubt, which is why I'll refer to you as the Karl Rove of the Bruised Ego Couch Potato Prog Set). And the word "lame" wasn't used, nor was anything directed toward "the other bands in the movie." That actually WOULD have been a "diss." A lot of things that may have theoretically happened would have been what they were, had they actually occurred.

  • This song is a medly of : The Reenactment, Mescalito, not sure maybe something from Dumb Ask or something new, The Day I Never Met You. Looks like it was an awesome show wish i could have been there or at least could see more video.

  • good.
