No, it is longer at times but I noticed that my clothes seem to come cleaner and it spins the clothes dryer so it doesn't take as long to dry. I love my new washer.

I had to get it. My washer would not take my comforters or bedspreads and going to the laundromat was getting expensive and time consuming. I love my washer. You are right about the dryer but for now my old will do. I can't afford to get it at this point. Thank-you.

I like those new washers, I want a green one. For the pair out here they cost about 2,800 dollars. I like the ones with the extra storage underneath or in between the washer and dryer. I hope Norman takes care of it, they are expensive. Barb

They are nice. I saw those green ones and they are beautiful. My cherry red was cheaper that is why I went with the red instead of the green. I got the pedestal that has the extra storage in it. I think Grandma knows that she is going to have to do Norman laundry so he will stay away from that washer. lol I got mine almost half price. Best Buy had it on sale online and I got it at the store for the sale price. I think the washer was $649.00.

I am in the USA near Philadelphia, and have a front loader that is in the back hallway along with a dryer. My back hallway is wide, so there is room to walk past them on the way out. On the other side of the wall is my kitchen, so the plumbing is there and in a nice warm place. I am in an area where my garage temperature gets below freezing, which is not where you would put a washer.
