@inlineschool May as well ask cyclists to sit at green lights in case someone jump a red light. If it was 2 lanes of cars, you wouldn't expect a car to stop at these junctions if the road was clear in front of them.
@Dashdecent Yes I would and I do. You are not over taking but under taking. The view of any one crossing your path is blocked/limited . I do drive or ride to take that into account and let things cross my path as end when needed. You can see the gap to your right and the road to your left so some thing my be trying to get threw?
When the car has left a gap for the other car to pull across why did you not stop and let the car go as well? Safer for all??
