Panther Lake Apartments in Federal Way, WA

This apartments are so old, the park for the kids is dirty and the apartments sucks..mildew n mold in each apartment. and this apartment have problem with the roof in every building....I DISLIKE this apartments, and look for a better palce.. do not rent here!!!!
