way to go man, your a BEAST. 9 1/2 years = dedication. just curious, why dont you anchor your rack down? it makes me nervious watching you rack the weight. I guess you need a bit more controll than most people though.

It is fun when it is serious. Today I also had in the Squat: 233x1, 223x2,223x2,213x3,213x3 Then some speed work after that. It was pretty serious stuff! :) Best of luck with the goal of this week my friend!
You know it is always nice to set a rep PR to. I have done 213x3 before. But 223x2 was a new 2RM. :) Only a few months ago I struggled doing a single with this weight, so progress is nice to see. :) I hope you post some front squats soon, I will rate them a five stars! U can make them private if you do not want everyone to see them!
It seemed to help, I never think I have smoked a 1RM in the front squat like this ever before! In fact I missed a single before this.. I changed the sweater to a one I am more comfortable with, because the weight slipped on the zipper on the other jacket. :o Thanks again, and have a good day!

hey! but now go for thouse 300kg back squat! i know u can do it! it's only ~50kg more come on! you can do it! 50/4 is ~4kg
you can add 4kg to your current squat per month and next year you will be hitting the 300kg!
