  • @NTComputer86 this is flipping awesome!!!!!!

  • it is still light. its one of the reasons Not to stair at the sun.

  • not the best idea to stair DIRECTLY into the LED

  • @TechnoDelta its IR, u cant see it with the naked eye, kind of like in TV remotes

  • hey does jhony lee's software works on windows 7 and o LED powered laptops screens ???

  • @endofdaz never bothered to try. I really only thouroughly tested it on XP and tried it on vista. had trouble getting it to work on vista and i dont remember whether I did or not. the program ran but the remote wouldnt connect. Also I dont think its 64-bit friendly (at least this version, maybe theres something newer out there)

  • @NTComputer86 hey i figured it out thnx ... its working on windows 7 but thr is one problem ... my mouse pointer is moving oposite to my light pen ... any solutions for that ???

  • @endofdaz thats strange, Im assuming you have the remote right side up and you calibrated? try restarting the program too. sometimes restarting the program would clear out any issues i was having.

  • @NTComputer86 hey i figured it out .. it is working on windows 7 ... but thr is one problem ... the mouse pointer is moving in opposite direction to my light pen ... how can i resolve it ???

  • You can get a blutooth dongle from Ebay for under $1.00

  • i see the "light" but no color just so to state so, :D I SMAWT

  • @Archiez2 If you comment is to say that the Wii Whiteboard can't do color, then I am sorry but you're not correct. The color that you draw with is controlled by the painting, or graphics program that you use. If you just click a new button in your color pallette then you can start drawing with that color.

  • @Shakespeare1612 this was a while ago o.o 2 months i was problly just trolling or somthing cause i was frustrated with school sorry :l u can remove my 2 comments if u want to o.o

  • get a button at radio shack for $1.00

  • or use the mouse

  • 2 cool

  • I cant wait to do this, i just need a wiimote, bluetooth adapter and some way of acuratly aiming an ir light...

  • schools would save alot of money doing this

  • @WhiteNerd40 lol probly, though a large percentage of their budget would then go towards replacement AA batteries for all the remotes

  • @NTComputer86 The can always get rechargeable batteries ... or do a very simple connection to an AC adaptor :D

  • @NTComputer86

Pretty sure they'd just use some kind of mains power adapter.

  • @NTComputer86 Replacement batteries are far cheaper than replacement dry erase markers, especially if you use rechargables. So WhiteNerd40 is correct. Schools can save a lot of money with this system.

  • @Shakespeare1612 it was more of a joke, though now that its been brought up, markers are probly more expensive.

  • where did you get the bluetooth adapter?????

  • were you high when you made this video?

  • Can i look downstairs in your house for a battery, cause i aint got one! :)

  • I hope nintendo dosn't block blue tooth support... )x

  • @Yyhhggtt They cannot. The Wii Game Console itself connects via bluetooth, and they have already sold 50 million of them world wide. Some of us who sell IR pens, etc worry that Nintendo's next system will not have these kinds of connection options, but I don't see why they would want to block it. It's great buzz for the company, and they sell more Wii Remotes.

  • @Shakespeare1612 Nintendos probly impressed with peoples creativity with the wiimotes abilities

  • if you have problems with the led try a momentary switch

  • So cool how you got this to work.

You have a lot of technical talent for someone so young.

  • you thought young people were dumb?

  • here is how to make a real nice pen. Take the pen tube. set it up so that the LED will push into the pen, and when it does, it clicks the button. this way you can press on the wall to use it.

  • And how would you do that? How can you make the pen so, that the led pushes in the pen tube when you are touching the wall/monitor?

  • Basic. you glue the led onto a momentary switch, hooking one wire to the battery and the other side to the battery via the momentary switch. the pressure against the button lights up the switch. Cheers.

  • @Pvsmuntje There are some pens that have a spring behind the tip that make contact when touched to the wall. However, this is not necessary. All you need is a button under your thumb. When you wish to draw or activate the mouse you just press the button, not too different from using a regular mouse.

  • I sell great IR pens on ebay. Just search for "ir pen" and please buy from user shakespeare1212. My prices are the best. My pens are top notch quality and I will give you great technical support on the entire system.

  • whahah i like it but i olredy have it but what dus it whas for the bleu tooth 9.97 whahahah :D

  • For the wii remore to respond to the computer program.?

  • yeah, the wii remote acts as a camera that only sees infrared, and the bluetooth allows the remote to send "what it sees" to the computer and then figures out where the mouse pointer needs to go

  • Now mmkay dat helped a lot

    lmao

Do you need that special program.?

  • this is great!!

  • Why do you need the Bluetooth adapter.?

For the Wii To Connect to The program.?

  • you connect the wii remote via bluetooth. they use bluetooth

  • terrible wheelie. you're dirt

  • yeah its topheavy with that thing on the back

  • what bluetoohadapter do you need to get???

  • any kind that plugs into USB, or if u have a laptop u can sometimes get internal ones pre-installed at purchase, or possibly after buying it

  • Where i can download the software?

  • if you search for johnny lee's smart board video he should have a link, also if you google him you should find a link to is website. if u fail to find it i can look the link up

  • hey can u use this on your tv?? with a projector?

  • yep, u can use it on any surface, laptop screen, flat panel, regular monitor, an old TV, a projector, rear projection, and just about anything else out there that displays an image

  • hay can you use a tv remote

  • i tried and u can, but when u calibrate its tough cuz the light pulses really fast, instead o a steady beam, so the program takes this as rapid clicking, and when u calibrate, it thinks ur clicking again and again and again, so it calibrates all 4 points at point 1. u can also use your nightshot equipped camcorder, probly a PDA's infrared port, your wii sensor bar if u cover the other half... basically anything with an IR light

  • this is so cool you need to help me make one some time

  • SWEET

  • if you had a laptop i could understand the need for this but u use a computer so i cant

  • neil i love you...its nick

  • why dont u just buy an led pen?

  • it has to be infrared, like your TV remote, but yeah i couldve taken the regular LED out and put this one in
