  • This is one great trip. I'd love to get invited :-)

  • Sunk my Nissan once never the same , first the starter went, then the alternator , the top of the gear change locked up, rear wheel bearings packed it in. The trim stuffed. Insurance doesn't cover any of this. Bridges for me now can't afford the repairs on another. Great fun if you have money to burn.

  • What a dick for following him in straight away.what if the first 4wd got stuck then u both would of been fucked. Oh n its a good track i think ay my great grandad lived in cape york for his whole life n he gave me his land crusier 75 series when he died but havent been able to take it back up there which sucks.

  • Can you get seals for the doors so that If you do get stuck, water wont get in?

  • @smithiy69 In general, No matter how good the seals are, Chances are if the 4WD has stopped, the water will get in especially through the holes above the transmission, through kickpanels and vents, etc. Just as must as you want to stop the water getting in, you want to be able to let the water back out too. Keep the car moving, and the water won't come in.

  • That 100 dual locked?

  • @0Gibson0 Nope, no lockers at all.

  • The Argau Camping Toasters would be a great accessory

  • I would say that he should have waited a bit instead of tailing too close behind the first 4wd. I don't think it was a traction problem, but more like a lack of momentum. Sand underneath would have been stirred up by the LandRover and instead of creating his own bow wave, he instead received all the turbulence in the water from the LandRover in-front. The Rodeo sat a lot lower and has less power as well, thats my 2 cents worth.

  • Any reason why the Rodeo didn't make it through the crossing? Tyres didn't seem too aggressive while watching it.

  • LOL @ the Isuzu or whatever name they try to sell it with over there

  • whats with the idiot at 1,13,,,,,,,if he followed me that close into something id reverse back and ram him,,,left no room for escape if the guy in front gets stuck

  • It seems I have watched this video about 4 or 5 times now

Good video, calm, peaceful, and not full of load stupid music

  • we are looking at going up that way in about 2 or 3 years, we want the 4WD to be prepared and for us to be as well, any tips?
