  • Charles De Mar: I've been going to this high school for seven and a half years. I'm no dummy. I know high school girls

  • Charles De Mar: Greendale is a bodaciously small town, Lane. A fly speck on the map - a rest stop on the way to the ski slope. I can't even get real drugs here!

  • @BENCHIPED LOL... as he holds up a can of whipped cream... Love that part! One of the GREATEST movies of ALL TIME! :)

  • Charles De Mar: This is pure snow! Do you have any idea what the street value of this mountain is?

  • Lane Myer: My little brother got his arm stuck in the microwave. So my mom had to take him to the hospital. My grandma dropped acid this morning, and she freaked out. She hijacked a busload of penguins. So it's sort of a family crisis. Bye!

  • Dedicated to my summer girlfriend Kari, too bad you were into playing games!

  • can't find this on itunes. =[

  • "Whats a little boy like you doin with big boy smut like this..."

  • One of my all time fav movies..love the 80's... "I've arrested by you..take me in"

  • Not sure if i mentioned this a while ago or not, but I had this song play at my wedding. !!! Corny I know. I think it was when we walked out of the church. I'm a cop so it had a double funny meaning to me as well as being the movie that defined my life and love for two dollars and sax music.

  • I was a kid when this movie came out but it's one of my fav's.

  • @BradleyMitch81 mine too. this movie is a timeless classic. love it.

  • I always licked this jam in the movie great to hear it all the way from start to end....

  • This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Got me hooked on just about everything John Cusack.

  • this move is the best

  • Sorry your mom blew up, Ricky.

  • one of my all time favorite movies! I had a 68 camaro once, looking forward to my mid life crisis!

  • i read that john didnt want to do this movie, and doent like talking about it..too bad cause its a staple in 80s movies...its a classic...

  • @331hemi To him it was just gig, he was happy to get the part with it being one of his major leading role for a movie back then, long story short, savage that made the movie got the entire cast to watch the movie after the movie was done with editing and john said they made him look like fool and a idiot. He said to reedit the movie, but they didnt. and savage and john havent spoken since nor does he like this movie because he thinks savage was trying to make him look like an ass pretty much

  • one of the greatest movies of all time... and awesome soundtrack

  • cheesy movie but so funny and so good.. one of my all time favorites and one of John's best movies.. I don't think he thinks that but it is.

  • God,I love this movie to this day. This song, damn, takes me back.I was class of 85,my heydays, seems not so long ago.Get teary eyed thinking back.Good times.

Saving me just in time from a desperate situation

And suddenly, I don't know who I am

But my dilemma's where to start, something's happening in my heart

  • Think I'll go out in the DVD now :-) effing love this movie.

  • Rough day at the job today, so came in the office, locked the door, this song and a Subway sandwich is making it better

  • awesome movie the camaro was the highlight

  • easily one of the best movies ever made

  • She was in the movie "The Last American Virgin" -- terriffic movie -- sad ending cause her character was such a bitch.

  • bless you john cusack

  • God this brings back memories wat an amazing song

  • "'Language Lessons'! Inspired words from a man who knows how to ski!"

  • Its underrated but very weird lol, it has one of the most unique funniest lines in any movie that i have ever watched. Gee im really sorry that your mother blew up ricky lol. But im a big car junkie and this is the only reason i probably watch the movie from time and again is the gorgeous 67 camaro and that lanes gf helped him restore and getting running. Watching that beast blow away the cosell brothers ford falcon.

  • @91TransAmKid Haha, agree totally. This is probably one of my favorite movies of all time, just because of the funny lines, the car and in general how good the movie ends. That Camaro is a beast, and was way too much for the Ford though. xD

  • @1999CamaroSS345 you are right, i read up about the better off dead camaro on site where the owner owns it now, and the car in the film actually used a 400 small block instead of a 350 that i thought was used in the film by the ss emblems. Turns out its a true rs/ss car lol. So i was wrong about a lot of things when i watched the film. Im glad the car got restored and back to its former glory again.

  • "I'm telling mother".....

  • Come on man, it's christmas....I could be at home drinking this monster eggnog my brother makes with lighter fluid!

  • @Chonciceptor LMAO! i completely forgot that line in the movie.

  • ... I WANT MY TWO DOLLARSSSSS!

  • "You know!....CHRISTMAAAAS" XD WHY WASNT I BORN IN THE 80's?!

  • Hate to say but all the movies in the 80's RULES!! They are more meaningful and understandable..Dont need special effects or puppetmasters, just need a sensual and human life plot.

  • Thank you for the upload!!! Excellent movie, excellent soundtrack! Man, I grew up in the the wrong time, I belong in the 80's!!!!!

  • Happy to say that I've got this soundtrack on CD. It's actually a really great CD!!

  • How many people know that the french chick was the same girl from "The Last American Virgin", and one of the princesses from "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure"?

  • This song always brings me back to 1986!

  • I HEREBY ELECT JOHN CUSACK THE OFFICIAL AMBASSDOR OF THE 80'S!!!!!!!

  • @local121360 Absolutely.

  • She was also in that 80s movie, The Last American Virgin. A great, great movie.

  • Started watching this movie in the eighties. Have literally seen it over one hundred times. Great song to sum up the theme. Greatest movie ever. The genre is tops.

  • My brother has this song on his Droid Phone. He is so right about this song! So true and relaxing... y can't life and love be this way..like it used to be.

  • I adddooorreeeeeee this song I want it as my wedding song but I can't buy the soundtrack anywhere :((((( anyone help? Thank you x

  • It's on amazon. But it's fraggin' expensive!

Holy crap! Over 70 bucks (as of this writing)???...pfff.

It was NOT that much when I bought it.

I mean, it's there, but you're gonna pay a pretty penny.

    Sorry.

  • just realising after throwing lemons....where he is in life....sounds like a guy to me...coming from a guy who is still working it all out!

  • "So you're Al Meyer's Kid? You look pretty stupid to me." LMFAO!

  • gotta love the eighties

  • and to drink ... Peru!

spent all day trying to remember this song - thank god for you and the internetz!

  • MYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.cool song

  • Great song and one of my all-time favorite movies. The movies and music of today does not even compare to the older ones. The movies and music of today are processed junk by computers not people.

  • I found out John didnt even like his role or the movie.....Still love this movie tho

  • jus got done watchin this 2day for like the ninth time

  • 80's MASTERPIECE right here! One of the funniest movies I've ever seen.

"Bonjour. Comment allez vous?" "No thank you, I already had breakfast" LMAO!

"Lane, I've been going to this high school for 8 1/2 years, I'm no dummy" AAAHAHAHA!!

    Thanks for the upload

  • Thanks for loading this video. I have been looking for it high and low, this song is amazing. And you gotta love John, he is truly one of the most amazing actors from our generation :-)

  • Rupert Hine in many ways was the voice of us 80's children. He produced the Fixx. Recorded and collaborated with many other popular 80's artists. And by the way, pulled Tina Turner off the scrapheap and restarted her career.

  • Happy 44th birthday John! One damn good actor from our generation

  • Ahhh, Diane Franklin....one of my biggest crushes of the 80's. She was also the main female character in Last American Virgin. What a knockout.

  • I think Cy Curran of the Fixx does the backup vocals on this...not sure

  • @SHARPsUnite

It's possible, Rupert Hine produced some of the Fixx's albums and Cy definitely sang on the song, 'With One Look' off of this same soundtrack.

  • I sort of adapted many things from this movie to my life. Now I 'go that way very fast. If something gets in my way, I TURN'! Thanks for posting! Now I want my two dollars!!!

  • Defiantly one of my favorite 80's songs! And the best romantic song ever! Gives me butterflies every time I listen to it =D
