My favorite player in this years draft. Maybe cuz I love sg's. But from Kobe's rookie reason I said he was going to be great and I will say it again for this kid. Just hope he has the killer instinct to go along with because we all know how that can turn out. (see Lebron James)
@friedricemonster Simple. The long arms, the wiry 6'5" frame, ball-handling at that size. Scoring. just looking at him he's reminiscent of Crawford. It's his physique more than anything. The young Kobe comparison is valid though.. I see the similarities there. Very fluid offensively. I wish him the best in the NBA.
its not fair jimmer scores 51 he get national plaer and i know he is a great scorer but it like no 52 is jus like 20 in marshon's case u gotta give somethin
@animetrix90 i like Landry Fields but he shouldnt be a starter.. We do need a center but there r no Legit 7 footers in the draft.. they all PF's.. we can get that through Free Agency.
@desiregeorge agreed.Landry is a good SG on a mediocre team.On a good team,he's a good 6th or 7th man.I think my fellow Knicks fans were so pleasantly surprised that our 2nd round pick was a good player that we put too many responsibilities on him.I think the playoffs showed where he stands against elite teams.
@desiregeorge why? knicks have a starting 2 guard in Fields that they just drafted and have a lot of scoring power with melo and amare..they need a center if anything
I met Marshon at the Paul Pierce camp in massachussets. He was one of the best players out there in a list that included Greivis Vasquez, Patrick Christopher, Manny Harris, Demetri McCamey and he was so humble
Doesnt he look like Don Cheadle?

So refreshing to see a talented young kid with the right attitude; he's going to be an all-star.

Why are all these so called reporters comparing him to Jamal Crawford when he clearly plays more like Kobe.
friedricemonster 9 months ago 11
@friedricemonster I'm with you, but reporters are probably just a bit hesitant to compare a college player to someone with 5 rings lol.
Fraym13 9 months ago
@friedricemonster only way i see him like Crawford is coming off the bench scoring.. he wont be as good as Kobe but he does play like him.
