yes you're absolutely right. Dragon Arms allows her to execute her C6.
But in the end, for completely maximization she should ultimately avoid her C6, and also avoid the Dragon Arms

Lolz, I bet you guys dont know how to get tokugawa leyasu from samurai warriors and masumune date too :p. Those guys were fun lolz. It was suppose to be the easter egg of the game.
