Wow!! its a good one. The house was a major mess and it was absolutely in complete rehab but as I reviewed the house before and after changes, I think it was stunning, perfect for starter family.

Very good how--to video on rehab projects. Most of the time, these properties just need a little cosmetic fix-up.

Important thing is leave electrical and plumbing to the Pros.

Don't get too many credit cards. Too much debt and too many credit cards decreases your FICO score.
