@patsy352 I live in NJ, and during hunting season people can hunt in certain PUBLIC PARKS. This means that you have families on trails in the woods, and you may have hunters 50 feet above them in a tree stand holding a rifle.

The responsibility ALWAYS lies with the hunter. He should not have even THOUGHT about pulling the trigger until he had visual confirmation of what he was shooting. He got greedy and failed to exercise care.
