Yes, they do have some sort of varnish on the inside, but you can cancel it out by using a matte, wax based painting varnish over it.......Thank you so much lpatencio!!!
Thanks coloranimations! I hope that you give it a try. Be sure to use at least 80lb. paper (Thick enough for the markers and thin enough to go through a printer.) You might like the decocolor markers because they are opaque and can smooth out the edges of the digital collage (although Photoshop can do that too). I love using them in combination with Prismacolor pencils. I am an affiliate of Blick, so let me know if you ever have questions.
