It's what u call Stock Footage Failure, they borrowed hte scenes from the first OP and forgot to edit them to make sense with the current scene.

Azusa and Takane start the scene on the upper level of the stage with Yayoi & Makoto. Then at 1:56 you see them clearly at the bottom level (you can see the staircase behind them.) Then in the very next shot, they are descending the stage.

These two mistakes happened cause the animators borrowed the 2 shots from the first OP. While Azusa's outfit & haircut are correct, her position with Takane is wrong.
