Aussel is a really fine guitarist. I like John Williams a lot, but Aussel brings out the treble notes better. I have a couple of his CDs. I especially like Aussel's playing of Scarlatti. Another favorite of mine is his performance of Ponce's "Campo." I also really enjoy his "Atahualpa Yupanqui - Malambo" on Youtube here -- simply delightful and captivating.

He is so elegant so intense, one of my absolute favorite guitarrist, heard him in Stockholm 1996, after that tried hard to by all Cd with him, which is not easy in Europe, and I am so pleased to watch him here. Thanks a lot!
