My advice... 1 keep your window tint legal 2. pay your insurance on time 3. wear a seat belt 4. Keep your driver's license valid and most important 5. take the ticket sign it, fight it in court. But you will win a jury trial anyway because a jury (8-12 people who are smart enough to get out of jury duty, dont work and watch judge joe, judy and chirstina all afternoon) will be making the decision. That is why I like traffic court, just the cop, the driver (sometimes an attorney) and a judge.
